Should Thermogel be avoided in couperose and rosacea skin?

We prefer to the heat the skin before the cryo in all cases, there will be more pore opening this way. If we have acute inflammation then we do not heat or just use 25 degrees, like in acute Acne and acute Rosacea.

If it is regular couperose skin then we can definitly heat up the skin but shorter tx time is recommended, approx. 2-3 min
