The founders of NOON, Masha Minkin + Eran Rosman, are decidedly different.
One is a 30+ year industry veteran; the other is a relative newcomer to skincare.
One works at the front end of the business. The other likes the workbenches
in the lab at the back. One is right brained–creative, inquisitive, unafraid to fail.
The other is focused on operational excellence–with zero tolerance for error.
One has a background that is very high-touch. The other has a background
that’s purely high tech.
Together, they are the very unlikely combination of both powerful and gentle.

Masha Minkin
FOUNDER + CTO
She studied chemistry, but became a medi-spa owner, researcher, chemist and formulator.
That experience made her focused on professional treatments, passionate about products
and obsessed with results. Like her clients, Masha is impatient. She doesn’t like waiting for
anything–especially results.
Masha is a good example of the fact that most successful inventions come from start-ups.
She and her team have something that Big Pharma doesn’t–the freedom to experiment.
She doesn’t want products that are just “new,” she wants products that are truly improved.
She doesn’t work a 40-hour week; she has a “day” that can last as long as 40 hours. It’s
that stubborn determination that enables her to solve problems that others can’t.
Eran Rosman
FOUNDER + CEO
He started his career as an aeronautic and space engineer, developing missile defense
systems for the military. That industry taught him an invaluable lesson: precision is crucial
and the outcome must be absolutely flawless. He ensures that the company delivers
operational excellence. Eran still has zero tolerance for poor execution.
In 20XX he founded a cloud payment company to ensure secure online transactions–and
became the company’s CTO. It was a company and a technology way ahead of its time.
He is admittedly attracted to emerging technologies.
Eran is self-deprecating and soft-spoken, but his accomplishments speak for themselves.
Better, Together.
The two partnered in 2012 to create a company that is both technology-oriented and results-driven. Together they created one of the fastest growing skincare companies in the world. NOON is built on the core belief that the best skincare results come from potent formulas.
Do NOON skin care products really reduce irritation, control chronic inflammation and produce a better result? Masha and Eran are confident but humble, preferring to let the products speak for themselves.
